Now offering in person and virtual therapy in California
Welcome to my website!
My name is Jen, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have always been passionate about helping people, and I feel honored to be able to do so in my profession.
I have been working in the Mental Health field for about 15 years where I gained valuable experience working in various settings, including clinics, schools, and private practices. I have worked with individuals and families, helping them to overcome various challenges and improve their relationships.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning that I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their unique goals and needs. I believe that each person has their own journey, and my role as a therapist is to help them navigate it. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to express themselves freely and work towards healing and growth.
My specialties include treating children, teens, young adults, and families, and I have had great success in helping clients overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, low self esteem, school difficulties along with providing parent support and education. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other concerns, I am here to help. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.
